Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who is a legend in the film industry. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. The next year was not long after when she moved to Texas. She started a new career as a physical therapist. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas and moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities including local independent films and international commercials. Despite the small parts she discovered her passion for acting. She relocated from the Midwest to New York. Her first gig was in the soap opera All My Children. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she acted minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast in her first series part on The Mountain The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside a number of top TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Pilegge. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. In the course of a limited run, her character migrated onto Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for several awards including the award for Best Supporting Actress on TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. She won the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding Performances in a Dramatic Television Series. A short moment later De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She played Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. Her most recent appearance on TV was in the role of Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's somewhat dark show Do No Harm. It was pulled after two short episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian with a 10 year old younger brother called Cory. Her family was a very traditional and spiritual one. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven after her child's sitter brought her to an audition. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 applicants. Her audition was considered one of just four girls. Milano was featured in commercials for TV as well as off Broadway shows, like the American first adaptation musical to Jane Eyre.
